Langhe Historic Farmhouse With Land. Piemonte.
At the gates of Dogliani, an enchanting village located in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe, overlooking the majestic Monviso, we offer this enchanting and large period farmhouse that still retains the original charm of the Langhe stones, the large fireplaces, the large brick vaults and the magnificent underground cellars.
A building of great historical value already graphically shown on Napoleonic maps.
The plan of the L-shaped building overlooks a large courtyard in the center, while a large private flat land surrounds the remaining sides.
A property of about one hectare that lends this jewel to the most varied destinations: luxury resorts, hospitality and / or restaurant businesses, spas, luxury homes.
The building is on 3 levels: in the basement there are the suggestive cellars, on the ground floor a large stable with magnificent brick vaults and large rooms that develop a floor area of approximately 240sqm.
On the first floor we find the barn and the remaining rooms for a remaining surface of about 250sqm.
The group of buildings is completed by a portico placed sideways to the rooms of approximately 25sqm. Unique property of its kind, absolutely to be viewed for those seeking the exclusivity of a historic property of great value.

Independent farmhouse in the Langhe among the Unesco Heritage Wine Landscapes
We deal with properties for sale located between the Wine Landscapes of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.
At the meeting of the World Heritage Committee, which was held in Doha in Quatar, from 15 to 25 June 2014, they were recognized as an integral part of the World Heritage.
In particular, this title attributed the exceptional universal value to the Piedmontese cultural landscape.
Thanks to the inscription of the territory on the World Heritage List, Piedmont had the opportunity to highlight its landscapes and its historical and cultural values in the eyes of the whole world.
The Site consists of six areas. Specifically located between the provinces of Alessandria, Asti and Cuneo and twenty-nine municipalities, on a territory that extends for 10,789 hectares.
More precisely, three of these areas are located in the Langhe area, two in the Alto Monferrato area and one in the Lower Monferrato area.
Hilly expanses as far as the eye can see, ancient villages and castles perched. A succession of gentle slopes planted with vines whose rows draw rigorous geometries.
All these wonders represent the exceptional quality of the Piedmontese wine landscape and its deep and lively culture of wine.
