In the splendid setting of the high Langa for sale, a prestigious villa of about 1380 square meters, completely independent with garden and private land.
The property, originally a classic Piedmontese farmhouse, has been the subject of a complete and highly refined renovation that has made it possible to combine what were two separate bodies and create this beautiful home that is spread over an L-shaped plan.
The central turret made it possible to connect the volumes, giving the entire building a harmonious stylistic coherence.
Internally we find 12 rooms, 3 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and a majestic one-of-a-kind living room, even the interiors have been treated in detail and convey the uniqueness of this property.

At the meeting of the World Heritage Committee, which was held in Doha, Qatar, from 15 to 25 June 2014, they were recognized as an integral part of the World Heritage.
In particular, this title attributed the exceptional universal value to the Piedmontese cultural landscape.
Thanks to the inscription of the territory on the World Heritage List, Piedmont had the opportunity to highlight its landscapes and its historical and cultural values in the eyes of the whole world.
The Site consists of six areas. Specifically located between the provinces of Alessandria, Asti and Cuneo and twenty-nine municipalities, on a territory that extends for 10,789 hectares.
More precisely, three of these areas are located in the Langhe area, two in the Alto Monferrato area and one in the Lower Monferrato area.
Hilly expanses as far as the eye can see, ancient villages and castles perched. A succession of gentle slopes planted with vines whose rows draw rigorous geometries.
All these wonders represent the exceptional quality of the Piedmontese wine landscape and its deep and lively culture of wine.
